Cancellation Policy

1. Services Cancellation

You may cancel your order for any of our services within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. Any cancellation made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund, however, we understand that exceptions may occur. Please contact us if you need to cancel after this period.

2. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing period. You will maintain access to the services for the remainder of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

3. Cancellation by BSMA Enterprises

BSMA Enterprises reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by BSMA Enterprises when we decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

4. Changes to the Cancellation Policy

BSMA Enterprises reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
